DrugIQ: Overdose Reduction Train-the-Trainer

DESCRIPTION: DrugIQ Overdose Reduction educates students on the latest information surrounding the opioid epidemic including fentanyl, fentanyl analogues, and emerging drug threats that are impacting the communities you serve. Students will be taught proven tactics and techniques that can be implemented by first responders to lower the overdose rates in their community. Tactics include post-overdose response options, Narcan programs, Fentanyl pre-testing, mental health, co-response and media impact. As part of this Train-the-Trainer program, each student will receive their own login to access to the NOBLE Learning Management System, which contains updated instructor curriculum, instructor notes, new/emerging threats, and information on the latest products and technologies to aid in overdose reduction.
